The Lord has led Bro. Moore to send out partner letters and to include a teaching CD with the letters.
Grace and peace to you and your house.
In the 73rd Psalm, the psalmist reveals a crisis of faith he was experiencing concerning God really being a good God. (If you can, read the whole psalm now before continuing this letter.) He described how he was envious and confused when looking at the prosperity and ease of ungodly and wicked men. When he considered the contrasting trouble of God’s people, he basically said that living right was “vain.” All of it seemed wrong and unfair to him. But when he finally realized how things really were, he said, “So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.” (Psalm 73:22)This is how it is: When anyone is confused and offended at God, accusing Him of not being good or fair, they’re being as ignorant as a beast. But when we humble ourselves and refuse to doubt His goodness, we will seek and find Him. He rewards those who sincerely seek Him with Light and Life, Peace and Joy, and Truth that will make them completely free!
We’ve included an MP3 from our recent series “You Choose.” It deals with the very widespread error that somehow God is to blame for everything. Many say, “Well I just believe everything happens for a reason.” I don’t doubt that. But it certainly is not true that the reason is always that it was somehow God’s will. So often it’s because people made wrong choices and got results that were never the will or plan of our good God. I pray that greater understanding will come to you as you hear these messages, and that you will be able to help many around you also.
As you know, email has replaced a lot of regular mail these days. There are a number of advantages to email, including large cost savings. If you would prefer to receive our quarterly letters and messages electronically instead of by the Postal Service, please take a moment and visit our website at www.moorelife.org and simply click “Yes.”
The Word Production Center is making great progress. Excitement keeps growing that this outreach will be bigger than we thought. It is such an honor that we (you and I, with all the staff and partners) are by the grace of the Lord going to be enabled to sow (at no charge) whopper chunk amounts of the “…incorruptible seed of the word of God, which lives and abides forever!!!” (1 Peter 1:23)
I thank God for your faith and obedience to Him.
We are laborers together,
